5.1 Four Bonus Systems
U.CENTER's compensation system organizes fast-start activity, team income, leadership rewards, and share-based allocation mechanics into a rank-based system.
All rewards are subject to eligibility, verification, active rules, payout limits, compliance, and final approved documentation.
The Four Systems
1. Initial Ripple — Fast Start / Uni-Level
Ranks: F1–F5
Direct referral commissions, five levels deep. Each level halves: 10% → 5% → 2.5% → 1.25% → 0.625%.
The fast-start structure, applying to the first five compensation levels.
Eligibility depends on rank, activity, and final compensation rules.
Uses IR1–IR5 labels.
2. Ripple Wave — Team Income / Generation
Ranks: F6–F11
Six additional levels, 1% each. The search rolls up and pays the first qualified person per level.
Supports deeper network activity.
Only qualified participants may receive payments.
If no qualified participant is found, the unpaid amount routes to treasury rules.
3. Deep Ripple — Leadership Bonus
Ranks: F12–F20
Three groups of three ranks each: G1, G2, and G3. Pays 0.3%, 0.6%, or 0.9% per group. Pays top-down — highest super-leaders first.
F12–F14 = G1 (0.3%)
F15–F17 = G2 (0.6%)
F18–F20 = G3 (0.9%)
4. Drop Match — Wealth Builder / Shares
A share-based allocation system.
Shares instead of cash.
1%, 3%, and 6% across three levels.
Limited window for early adopters only.
The 3-Payments-Max Rule
From a single qualifying order, a maximum of three eligible bonus payments can be triggered. Any additional potential payments are not made — those amounts route to the non-paid payment treasury.
